Framed as a meditation on the nameless supporters and humble hosts who kept faith and hospitality at the center of Jesus’ life, the book traces how ordinary lives intersected with extraordinary grace. It emphasizes themes of loyalty, sacrifice, and the power of small acts to sustain a larger mission.
- Explore the role of “the goodman of the house” and other quiet partners in the gospel story.
- See how personal hospitality becomes a form of faithful witness and care.
- Reflect on the tension between public fame and private devotion in Jesus’ circle.
- Consider how sacrifice and remembrance shape Christian tradition and worship.
Ideal for readers who want a reflective, accessible look at friendship with Jesus and the meaning of hospitality in faith. The book suits those interested in devotional reading, historical theology, and everyday expressions of devotion.
