Gaining competitive edge in the UK legal market has never been a greater challenge. If you are involved in running a law firm, or you are considering investing in one, you will undoubtedly be scrutinising the alterations in the regulatory environment such as the introduction of alternative business structures (ABSs) and outcomes-focused regulation (OFR). And, no doubt, you are asking yourself how you can maximise the opportunity they provide for your firm.
Unprecedented gives you a path to growth by:
- Succinctly analysing the market challenges
- Introducing you to a model that can help you make a step-change
in the fortunes of your firm by achieving business excellence
- Providing lots of examples of the impact that business excellence
- or the lack of it - can have on your firm
- Giving you access to online assessments to evaluate the position
of your firm on the spectrum of excellence
On completion of the assessments you will receive a tailored report containing specific action steps towards greater competitive advantage.
Unprecedented takes you from recognition of the status quo to coming out a winner in the new competitive and regulatory environment via some very practical insights and pragmatic action steps.
