Are you afraid you’re stuck with your body’s aches, pains, and restrictions? Are there things you could do years ago that you can no longer do? Do you feel like you have you tried it all-- stretching, strengthening, and products “guaranteed” to help--but none of them have provided the kind of lasting results you hoped for?
Every system of your body is directly linked to your mechanical function. Your body's mechanical function depends upon the alignment of your bones. Yes, alignment really does matter. Many practitioners will tell you they are improving your alignment. But, after treatment, does your body immediately pop up straight and remain upright with no effort? If not, your doctor is not correcting your alignment, no matter what he or she says. There is no such thing as “normal” pain. If your alignment is correct your body just works—you do not feel good, you do not feel bad, you just live your life and do not think about your body at all. THAT is what this unique healing approach can do for you.
In Unlocked, UK-based chiropractor Dr. Richard Gliddon gives the straight truth about how you can be put back in the driver’s seat of your overall life. You will be healthy again and living life as you wish, without spending time thinking about your body. Having experienced the full range of outcomes as both a practitioner and a patient who had his own body corrected, Richard discusses how he went from locked up, sore, and miserable after a snowboarding accident to being more agile and athletic than ever.
In this book, you will discover:
- Why body structure is so important to living a long and highly active life (or a long relaxing life) that you can enjoy
- How to stop being betrayed by your “aging” body—many people call this the ultimate anti-aging therapy, and it does not involve diet at all
- The way Advanced BioStructural Correction™ will encourage your joints, bones, ligaments, tendons, fascia, and nerves to work together as a single functioning system so that you will experience life unrestricted and faithfully supported by a robust and healthy body.
Your body is designed to be pain-free and active. That is true health, and this approach can get you there. You can release your peak potential, rebuild a body that’s future-proof, and be more active and vibrant than ever—almost regardless of your current state. If you are ready to be more active and pain-free (and stay that way), this book is for you.
