Paperback. Case of the Pleasant Plague revolves around a small village on the edge of the moors that is having troubles. Some say a curse hangs over the village of Bessenico. Livestock vanishes, crops wither, a sickness spreads through the populace. Worse yet, the chief's daughter has gone missing. Cynthair can't ignore a mystery or an adventure. She jumps into the mix with both feet before looking and finds herself in a quagmire of swampy troubles. Add in fey curses and even a bog hag and you get the ingredients for quite the ordeal. Can she help a suspicious village that wants to blame her for their issues? Can she focus enough to complete the task without proper payment? Sink into the pages of Pleasant Plague to see how the ever-energetic mercenary manages the deadly threats of the Acid Swamps to uncover the truth behind their woes. This item is printed on demand.
