Foreword by Sye MacGregor. Dr. Wilson explains the pros and cons of HRT, describes the physical changes that happen to women at the menopause, and offers advice on related topics such as nutrition, exercise and stress management. He also looks to the not-so-distant future, when the child-bearing age could extend beyond 60, and to new forms of birth control now under development. With this book women have the chance to make a truly informed, responsible decision about their own health at this challenging time of life. (We carry a wide selection of titles in The Arts, Theology, History, Politics, Social and Physical Sciences. academic and scholarly books and Modern First Editions etc.).
