Discover the warm and transformative power of Brigid in this comprehensive guide to working with the Celtic goddess of hearth, healing, and inspiration.
Drawing from Irish mythology and living tradition, this book presents Brigid not as a distant figure, but as a constant presence woven into daily life, guiding seekers through care, creativity, and renewal.
Through nineteen chapters plus a foreword and afterword, readers will explore her origins, myths, and symbolism while learning practical techniques for devotion and ritual.
The book includes detailed correspondences covering elements, animals, plants, colors, numbers, crystals, offerings, tools, and sacred spaces.
Complete rituals for invocation and devotion provide accessible and meaningful ways to connect with Brigid, including the Kindling of the Sacred Flame, the Blessing of the Well, the Offering of the Hearth, and the Renewal Rite of Imbolc.
The work explores the inner alchemy of care and creation, offering guidance on dreamwork, emotional healing, and the cultivation of inspiration. It examines the archetypes of the Healer, the Poet, and the Smith, revealing their relevance for modern life and spiritual practice.
Comparative studies connect Brigid with similar deities such as Hestia, Vesta, and Saraswati, while a chapter on pop culture explores her continued presence in modern spirituality.
Written in a warm and grounded tone, this book is for those who seek healing, creativity, and a deeper connection to the sacred within everyday life.
The flame is lit. The well is full. The work begins.
