Previous owners name in ink at top of the Second edition cover, else both volumes clean and unmarked. Originally issued as interm documents when Ultra-Light and Hang Glider activity were both in their relative infancy, these uncommon manuals have since been superceded by the UPAC Ultralight Information Manual.
