Paperback. Do you suffer from lower-back pain or sciatica that limits your mobility? Banish that pain for good without drugs, injections, or surgery. Physical therapist Frank J. Cawley, MPT, explains how to do so in this concise, easy-to-understand guide. Cawley hit upon an effective alternative to alleviating long-term back pain after becoming frustrated with the poor results many of his clients were experiencing. Cawley's solution? Hands-on physical therapy. Using this method, a licensed physical therapist manually guides the muscles while exerting pressure on them. At home, the patient works on specific exercises prescribed by the therapist. Using this drug-free strategy, Cawley has cured back pain and improved mobility in 50 percent of his patients. Ultimate Guide to Knocking Out Lower-Back Pain and Sciatica will help you understand the advantages of hands-on physical therapy and determine whether it might be right for you. It will also acquaint you with the simple exercises used, which can be done with equipment you probably already own. Before you resort to medications, surgery, or painful injections, consider the hands-on treatment that can be cheaper, simpler, and more effective! This item is printed on demand.
