Most families don't plan to leave behind confusion, stress, and financial strain, but that's exactly what happens when end-of-life details are left undone.
Leave Love, Not Bills: A Practical Guide to the Funeral Trust helps you take control of your final wishes, protect your assets, and give your family peace of mind when it matters most.
This simple, compassionate guide explains how a Funeral Expense Trust can help families pay for funeral and burial costs without using savings, triggering Medicaid penalties, or losing control.
You'll learn exactly how to pre-plan wisely, avoid costly mistakes, and make sure your money goes where it's meant to-your family and your legacy.
Inside, you'll discover:
✅ What a Funeral Expense Trust is and how it works.
✅ The difference between revocable and irrevocable trusts and why it matters.
✅ How to keep your trust Medicaid-compliant in your state.
✅ What happens to leftover funds after the funeral?
✅ How veterans, caregivers, and families with special needs loved ones can benefit.
✅ Step-by-step instructions to plan, fund, and communicate your wishes clearly.
You'll also get access to checklists, sample questions, and planning tools that make it easy to organize your documents and prepare your loved ones for what comes next.
This isn't about death-it's about love.
It's about leaving clarity instead of chaos.
Whether you're planning for yourself, your parents, or a loved one in long-term care, this book shows you how to:
- Protect what you've worked for.
- Simplify tough conversations.
- Ensure your final wishes are honored.
- Turn uncertainty into peace of mind.
Leave Love, Not Bills is more than a guide it's a final act of love for your family.
