The war is over. The real battle is about to begin.
The Collective has cornered Mia Sorensen, the supposed queen of the Obsidian conspiracy, only to discover she was merely a pawn. The true mastermind has finally shown her face: Senator Katherine Sterling-a beloved philanthropist, a political icon, and Isabella's own grandmother. Her endgame is not just control, but purification: a global genetic cull triggered by the Elysium Protocol, with only a chosen few deemed worthy of inheriting her "perfect" new world.
Now, the scattered survivors of the war against Obsidian must finally unite. The Collective-the journalist, the hacker, the architect, the defector, the doctor, the PI, and all the others-are no longer ghosts on the run. They are a single, hardened army with one last, impossible mission: infiltrate the Global Philanthropy Summit in Geneva, a fortress of power and influence, and expose the world's most revered woman as its greatest monster, live on a global stage before she can unleash the plague.
It's a suicide mission, a final, desperate frontal assault on an enemy with unimaginable power and influence. Every skill will be tested, every alliance pushed to its limit as they navigate a multi-front battle against both physical forces and a god-like AI security system. In a breathtaking, final confrontation that will determine the fate of the world, they must risk everything they have fought for and everyone they have come to love. Can Isabella confront her own monstrous legacy to save humanity? Can the scientists find a kill switch before time runs out? Can this broken family of ghosts finally win the peace they deserve?
The explosive, page-turning conclusion to The Obsidian Files series is here. The board is set, the players are in position, and the final secret is about to be revealed. When the war is over, who will be left to write the history?
