Dr. Stearns writes: “This book was inspired by kindness. The kindness of family, friends, neighbors and strangers. Kindness during the best of times. And kindness during the darkest days when family and friends kept us afloat and alive.
Simple Acts of Kindness is a tribute to them – and to you, the reader. Together we can inspire a gentler world where kindness is valued, appreciated, and encouraged.”
