A Witch
A few months ago, Talia Morgen was nearly introduced to the bass player from a band. Then, her best friend and 'brother,' Alec Ronan, brings the exotic and Viking-like man over to her fortune-telling tent to meet her. However, his cold and distant demeanor left her thinking he wasn't interested.
A Werewolf
Jack Soroka met the woman of his dreams, and he blew it. Alec warned him she's still getting her life together, and he agreed to back off. But the wolf in him is drawn to her-leaving him fascinated with her and wanting more.
A Murdered Vampire
The next morning, police are swarming the fairgrounds. By sheer chance, Jack and Talia discover their mutual friend was murdered and left hanging from a tree with a knife in his back-displayed just like one of Talia's tarot cards. Now they're joining together to find out just who would be powerful enough to kill a vampire? Talia uses her knowledge as a witch to investigate, while Jack is using his werewolf skills to protect her. When their chemistry explodess, Talia insists they put a possible relationship on hold until they can solve the murder. But every glance and every touch brings them closer together, and they're both finding each other harder and harder to resist.
A Dangerous Mystery
Soon, the killer is intervening in supernatural ways neither of them could expect, and now their own lives are on the line. Every twist and turn in their investigation brings them closer to identifying the murderer-and jeopardizes their future together. Can they discover who the murderer is before one of them dies?
From the same universe as the Beyond the Shadows Vampire Trilogy, let the romance between a witch and a werewolf unfold as you read A Tale by Moonlight.

About the Author
Shanna C. Robillard is an indie author who spends most of her time at the keyboard writing paranormal romance.
In the beginning, she wrote about vampires, then werewolves and witches, and then humans with Fae 'blessings'. After that, she opened up her world to writing about cryptids and folklore horror, princesses and pirates, and a thrilling chase through time. Her latest endeavor is an interwoven standalone series where demons take the stage (THE BRIMSTONE COURT NOVELS). She has plans for even more books to come, so buckle up and get ready to ride with your new favorite author.
With her New Englander husband and their cuddle-bug of a dog, she lives near Albany.
