Choose Coffee: How to Live in an Increasingly Nihilistic World
A practical guide to finding meaning, purpose, and inner strength when life feels absurd.
Feeling lost in a world that seems meaningless? Struggling with nihilism, burnout, or the growing sense that nothing matters? Choose Coffee is a powerful, deeply honest book that helps you reclaim purpose, build resilience, and create meaning in a chaotic modern world.
Blending existentialism, absurdism, Stoicism, and modern psychology, John Morrison offers a grounded, philosophical, and actionable approach for anyone wrestling with despair or existential confusion. Instead of escaping the void, this book teaches you how to engage with it-on your terms.
What You'll Learn Inside (Designed for Real-World Change):
- Understanding Modern Nihilism: Why feelings of meaninglessness are rising-and how to confront them with strength.
- The Truth About Self-Help: A clear, critical look at why most motivational books fail and what actually works.
- Proven Existential Tools: Practical insights from Absurdism, Stoicism, Hygge, and other frameworks for stability and purpose.
- The Power of "Choosing Coffee": How a simple act of engagement becomes a radical practice of presence and self-determination.
- Reflection Prompts & Practical Exercises: Real tools to help you rebuild purpose, clarity, and daily meaning.
For Readers Seeking Depth, Honesty, and Real Guidance
Ideal for thinkers, skeptics, overthinkers, and anyone tired of shallow positivity, Choose Coffee speaks directly to those facing existential dread, anxiety, or philosophical uncertainty. Morrison writes with clarity, empathy, and grit-offering both intellectual insight and actionable steps for creating a meaningful life.
If you're searching for books on finding purpose, overcoming nihilism, living intentionally, building mental resilience, or navigating existential anxiety, this is your guide.
You don't have to find meaning-you can make it. Even in chaos. Even in the absurd. Even with a cup of coffee in hand.
