Pulse 4: Scandal, Steam & Happily Ever Afters (Regency Edition)
Four historical romances that prove love conquers all... especially when it involves pig wrestling, palace intrigue, and weaponized flirtation.
Ready to trade your modern dating disasters for corseted chaos and slow-burn seduction? Pulse 4 delivers cheeky heroines who laugh in the face of propriety, scandalous propositions that would make your grandmother clutch her pearls, and heart-melting happily-ever-afters that'll have you swooning over your tea.
These short, sizzling, and emotionally satisfying romances serve up untamed women, dangerously attractive men, and enough ballroom drama to make Jane Austen grab popcorn.
Featuring:
The Accident and the Impaired Marquess
A pig-wrestling farm girl. A brooding marquess with a baby problem. And one deal that involves fake engagement, real feelings, and scandalous kisses that would make the ton spontaneously combust.
Features: A pig named Napoleon, a very attractive limp, and a heroine with zero chill.
The Reluctant Debutante
Bea Ashcombe wanted to survive the Season, avoid dukes, and return to her quiet life. Instead, she crash-lands into a broody noble with secrets, smolders, and a face carved by scandal.
Features: Ballroom chaos, collision-based flirting, and more drama than a regency soap opera.
The Heart's Second Reign
Elara gave up being a princess. Now she's a palace cook... with a past. Unfortunately, it just walked into her kitchen wearing a crown and looking far too smug.
Features: A second-chance romance hotter than her oven, palace gossip, and a royal mess of emotions.
The Ruthless Lord and the Relentless Lady
Caterina never expected to be "collateral." But now she's living in her enemy's mansion, managing his affairs, and slowly becoming his greatest weakness.
Features: Mafia-level plotting, banter as foreplay, and one enemies-to-lovers explosion you'll re-read twice.
Perfect for fans of:
- Bridgerton (but with more pigs and fewer rules)
- The Princess Diaries (if it came with corsets, conspiracies, and extra kissing)
- Romances that seduce, sass, and occasionally scandalize
Reader Advisory:
This book contains dangerously high levels of witty banter, slow-burn tension that may cause spontaneous combustion, and scandalous behavior guaranteed to horrify the ton. Side effects may include:
- Speaking in British idioms
- Desiring to own a pig named Napoleon
- Falling madly in love with fictional men who smirk too much
Proceed with caution. And possibly a fainting couch.

About the Author
Pat waDon is the Queen of Billionaire Romance-no, seriously, readers called her that and she decided not to argue. Bold, funny, heartfelt, and wildly addictive, her stories are where swoon-worthy billionaires meet messy, lovable heroines and the sparks practically short-circuit your screen.
She's the author of The Billionaire's Marriage Contract, Swipe Right..Miss Billionaire, Enthralled by the Billionaire Prince, and Hybrid Alpha's Spellbinding Surrogate: a fantasy-meets-billionaire whirlwind that proves even werewolves aren't immune to romance. She's also the mastermind behind the PULSE series: a sizzling collection of bite-sized billionaire romances designed to ruin your sleep schedule and leave you kicking your feet under the covers.
Her very first novel, Justified, is a supernatural murder mystery laced with voodoo and blood...written during a time when her sister, Taa, was her loudest cheerleader and biggest fan. Every word she writes now is with Taa in her heart.
Pat started writing before she knew how taxes worked, and she hasn't stopped since. She lives a quiet life with her husband and two children, but the worlds she builds are anything but quiet.
Her mission? To deliver stories that make you laugh, sigh, fall in love, and maybe clutch your chest once or twice. Because life is messy, love is complicated, and nothing is hotter than a billionaire with a soft spot.
Find more of her stories online. You'll know it's her, just follow the trail of swoons and laughter.
