All of the material was sent to someone in Connecticut in 1937. The letter thanks the recipient for his pledge to purchase 400 shares. The pledge certificates relate to that pledge and apparently others. The mass mailing reports they have almost reached their goal and asks for more to put them over the top so they can complete their "Crusader AG-7" testing for licensing this new airplane. According to information found on the internet, there was a stock fraud investigation in 1938 and the company folded.
