470p. Original brown cloth. 20 cm. Folded Autograph Note, Signed (by Dana) laid in. 1904 newspaper clipping laid in between pp. 22-23 which has cause the adjacent pages to brown. Penciled owner's name (Henry A. Cutter, Nashua, N.H.) dated Oct 8. 1885 on front free endpaper. Rubbing along extremities (heaviest on ends of the backstrip). Illustration titled "A Passing "Line-Juicer" mounted on front passtedown. The autograph note asks about success in placing an article by someone named Henry in "The Atlantic.".
