From the Author
From Turnover to Teamwork is about how to keep the good workers once you have them. More to the point, it is about how to run your operation in such a way that people want to hang out with you! People stick around because they WANT to. People leave because they do not want to stay. It is no more complicated than that. Turnover and teamwork are not THINGS, they are predictable consequences of the working climate in an organization. The better you understand how the process works, the more successful a manager you will become.
