Signed and inscribed by the author on the ffep as follows: "Gail/It's been a real/pleasure traveling/with you/All the best,/Sam/". 248 pages, some black & white illustrations. The first 50 or so pages including and after the front cover have a small crease at the upper outer corner. At the bottom outer corner of the front cover there is also a small crease which lasts about five pages. I am putting some weight on the top of this book to minimize these issues. All in all, a quite nice, author signed, copy; available for immediate shipment, carefully packed.
