“No turning back. No turning back.”
What began as one martyr’s dying words has become a rallying cry for a movement of ordinary disciples who follow Jesus—no matter the cost. In No Turning Back, Dr. Ajai Lall and Josh Howard take you inside the true stories of Indian believers who choose bold obedience over comfort, even when it means persecution, poverty, or death. These are not spiritual elites. They’re everyday people living out the radical, world-changing faith Jesus actually calls “normal.”Through stories of forgiveness, courage, generosity, and sacrificial love, you’ll discover what it means to trade lukewarm religion for a life that counts. This isn’t a call to become an extraordinary Christian. It’s an invitation to become an ordinary one—and in doing so, to live an extraordinary life.
No more excuses. No more half-hearted faith.
This is your invitation to follow Jesus—with no turning back.
It’s hard to both paint a huge vision for what God could do and fill in the blanks along the way with very practical next steps. This book does both.
Kyle Idleman, Best-selling Author of Not a Fan
This book throws down the gauntlet to lukewarm believers to embrace a bold faith that takes up a cross and follows Jesus. A much-needed message for this desperate time.
Bob Russell, Founder of Bob Russell Ministries
No Turning Back clarifies what it means to live a life of extreme faithfulness and gives us real living examples of it.
Jim Putman, Sr. Pastor, Real Life Ministries
Dr. Ajai Lall is the founder and director of Central India Christian Mission. For over four decades, he and his wife Indu have led a gospel movement across India—training tens of thousands of pastors, planting thousands of churches, rescuing children from slavery, and bringing the love of Christ to millions.
Josh Howard raises disciples who make disciples and churches that multiply. In 2015, he launched Ignite, which has helped catalyze more than 50,000 new churches within ten years in South Asia. He serves with Discipleship.org and E3 Partners and coauthored 7 Practices of Disciple Making Churches and Igniting Movements. He and his wife, Lashi, have three children.
