20.5 x 14 cm. Octavo. 293pp, frontispiece portrait and 14 additional illustrations. Bound into brown-grey cloth with paper spine label. Originally published as "Muittalus Samid Birra", the first secular book published in a S�mi langauge in the year 1910. That edition was edited and translated into Danish by Emilie Demant Hatt and translated into English in the present edition by E. Gee Nash. No date on title page, an early reprint of the first English language edition. Previous owner's name stamp on foredge and front and rear endpapers. Nice copy.
