Paperback. Meditation is more than technique. It is the systematic development of consciousness grounded in truth - not belief.Truth Centred Meditation is a complete guide to advanced practice for the serious meditator. Drawing on the Western Esoteric Tradition, transpersonal psychology, and over forty years of practice and thirty years of teaching, Peter Twigg answers the questions surface-level instruction leaves untouched: Why do these techniques actually work? How does meditation relate to human spiritual development? And what lies on the path beyond the techniques themselves? This is not beginner mindfulness. It is the deeper inner work - meditating on truth, and embracing it as a way of life, until practice becomes a doorway into the direct knowing of the spiritual realms and of the Self.Within these pages you will come to understand: - The spiritual principles underlying each meditation technique, and why they work - How consistent practice develops consciousness systematically - The connection between meditation, truth, and spiritual evolution - How to align your life with the spiritual realms and your Higher SelfGrounded in verified principles rather than spiritual bypassing, and distilled from decades of direct teaching, Truth Centred Meditation is for those who sense there is something deeper to reach - and are ready to move beyond belief, into knowing. Advanced meditation grounded in truth, not belief - moving serious practitioners past technique into direct knowing of the Self. 5-star rated. This item is printed on demand.
