Lucas and Emma have lived long enough to know that love isn't always easy. They've experienced disappointment, faced life's unexpected turns, and learned that opening your heart again takes courage. Neither is searching for a fairy tale. But when a chance encounter at a café brings them together, an unexpected connection begins to change everything. What starts with easy conversation and undeniable chemistry gradually becomes something deeper a relationship filled with laughter, spontaneous road trips, quiet moments, and the possibility of a future neither anticipated. Yet falling in love is only the beginning. Lucas carries unresolved grief and complicated family relationships. Emma has dreams of adventure and a desire for a partnership built on honesty, trust, and mutual respect. As their lives become intertwined, differences emerge. Financial decisions, old wounds, fears, and unspoken expectations challenge the happiness they've discovered.
Can two people with established lives, different dreams, and imperfect pasts build something extraordinary together? Or will the very experiences that shaped them prevent them from embracing the love they've found? Because lasting love isn't about finding someone who makes life perfect. It's about finding someone willing to navigate life's imperfections beside you. Trust the Timing is a heartfelt contemporary romance about second chances, emotional vulnerability, meaningful companionship, and the beautiful possibility of finding love later in life.
Featuring an inspiring afterword, “What Love Teaches Us,” this story reminds readers that love isn't simply something we feel it's something we choose, nurture, and practice every day. For readers who believe it's never too late to find a love worth choosing.
