TRIBUNAL DECREES: Vol. 1
By Maya the Shaman
We are living in a time when every major system on Earth is collapsing under the weight of its own corruption.
Across nations.
Across political lines.
Across every demographic.
People are confronting a difficult reality: courts no longer deliver justice, law enforcement no longer protects the vulnerable, and institutions built “for the people” now function primarily to protect themselves.
Power structures shield corporations instead of citizens.
Courts protect perpetrators instead of victims.
Law enforcement protects institutions instead of truth.
Religious organizations protect their image instead of their people.
Social systems protect predators instead of children.
The pattern is undeniable.
The world’s justice systems are not failing — they have already failed.
In Tribunal Decrees, Maya the Shaman — Maharlikan lineage bearer and founder of Infinite Cosmic Records — presents a body of spiritual law that names what earthly courts ignore, confronts what institutions conceal, and addresses what society refuses to face.
Written in the formal language of Creator’s Court, these decrees are structured as sovereign declarations rooted in an ancient metaphysical framework that predates modern legal systems.
This is not a book of comfort.
It is not gentle.
It does not persuade, soothe, or reassure.
This work stands as a codex of spiritual law for readers willing to engage with questions of responsibility, sovereignty, and truth.
These decrees do not petition for justice — they articulate it.
They are not prayers.
They are not affirmations.
They are formal declarations written in service to truth, sovereignty, and restoration, offered without promise or guarantee.
Within these pages, hidden architectures of harm are examined and named: false contracts, ancestral sabotage, siphoning systems, psychic interference, mimicry structures, and violations carried across timelines, bloodlines, and dimensions.
Each decree follows a precise structure:
Investigation.
Indictment.
Prosecution.
Restitution.
Sentencing.
Sealing.
Not symbolically.
Not metaphorically.
But intentionally, rigorously, and without apology.
No institution is coming to save us.
Justice must be reclaimed.
Tribunal Decrees: Vol. 1 is Maya the Shaman’s most uncompromising work to date — a body of writing offered as a framework for confronting injustice, reclaiming sovereignty, and addressing cycles of harm that have persisted for generations.
