A good example of the handy, pocket-book format featured by Bancroft-Whitney at the turn of the century for a wide range of legal treatises; with exceptionally extensive supporting authorities and a most useful index including entries by state. Slight discoloration to pages. Minor wear along the edges. In excellent shape for its age. Tiny pen mark on fore edge of page margins. Binding is quite tight. THIS IS A HEAVY AND OVERSIZE ITEM.
