He married a sister of William Pinnock, the author of numerous catechisms and educational works. Maunder was the author of several books, most notably The Biographical Treasury. With a Frontispiece. In a full calf leather binding with contrasting label to the spine. Externally, generally smart, lightly rubbed in places. Internally, generally firmly bound, though front hinge is tender.
