The Treasure Hunt invites children to go on an adventure with Dot, Dizzy, Fifo and BabyBug to find a box of exciting playthings and hunt for a bug hotel. Using pinecones and leaves that they find on the way, they make the bug hotel into a home before celebrating with a song. This beautifully illustrated storybook is designed to engage young children through a rich cast of characters and a playful narrative, while sharing essential positional words. Several little bugs have been hidden throughout the pages, which practitioners can encourage children to identify and describe. This book can be used effectively alongside the companion storybook The Mud Cakes and the accompanying guide, Little Brains Love to Talk. It is an ideal resource for educators, speech and language therapists and other practitioners working with young children, as well as for parents looking to support their child's language skills.…
