About the Author:

Kristina Hallett, Ph.D., ABPP, is a board-certified clinical psychologist, executive coach, keynote speaker and associate professor of psychology at Bay Path University. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Psychology. Dr. Hallett is the author of the international best-sellers Own Best Friend: Eight Steps to a Life of Purpose, Passion, and Ease and Be Awesome: Banish Burnout, Create Motivation from the Inside Out.

Dr. Hallett has based her career in public service, working with disadvantaged youth in the community, as the Director of two outpatient clinics, the Director of Children s Services for a behavioral health system, Director of Psychological Services in the Connecticut prison system, and as the Director of Clinical Training for a pre-doctoral internship program for a community mental health center. She specializes in working with teenagers, complex trauma and dissociative disorders, anxiety, depression and personality disorders.

Jill Donelan, PsyD is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, and families. She is Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at University of Massachusetts Medical School at Baystate, clinical supervisor for the Child Partial Hospitalization Program at Baystate Children s Hospital in MA, and adjunct professor in graduate psychology at Bay Path University.

She has over a decade of experience in providing treatment to youth, with specialties in the treatment of trauma and severe mental illness. Dr. Donelan also has a wealth of experience in supervision and program development and evaluation. She works with interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based, culturally sensitive clinical practices. Dr. Donelan has dedicated her career to meeting the needs of underserved and vulnerable communities.

Dr. Donelan earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from Baylor University in Waco, TX. She previously served as the Director of Psychology and Internship Training at The Village, Inc. In Hartford, CT.
