About the Author: Nina Reiners is a postdoctoral researcher in International Relations at the University of Potsdam. She is associated with the Berlin-Potsdam research group 'International Rule of Law,' and the Global Governance Centre at the Graduate Institute, Geneva. She received the Best Dissertation Award from the United Nations Association of Germany (DGVN) and was first finalist for the Best Dissertation Award from the Human Rights Section of the International Studies Association (ISA) in 2019.
