About the Author
Shubham Sharma is a Quality Assurance Analyst and Teaching Associate at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Shoolini University, where he combines his academic and industrial expertise to deliver impactful education and consulting. He holds both a B.Tech and an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, with significant industry experience prior to joining academia. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, he specializes in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, applying them in both his teaching and consulting roles. In addition to his work at Shoolini University, Shubham is an Instructor and Consultant with Intelligence Quality in partnership with TÜV SÜD, helping organizations achieve operational excellence. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, his research centers on the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and Lean Six Sigma across various sectors, particularly focusing on bridging gaps between higher education and industry to ensure that academic training meets industry needs. At Shoolini University, Shubham teaches a variety of subjects, including Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, and Supply Chain Analytics. He also serves as an Advanced Excel Instructor, equipping students with essential data handling and analysis skills. Sunil Kumar , currently an Associate Professor at Faculty of Management Sciences, Shoolini University, possesses extensive academic and research experience. His prolific contributions are evidenced by numerous research papers, book chapters, copyrights, and patents. Dr. Manjunath B. R. possesses a rich professional history spanning 16 years, blending 5 years of corporate expertise in the fields of Investment Banking and Business Analytics with 11 years devoted to academic pursuits. His core specialization lies in Applied Finance, with a keen focus on Applied Finance and Business Analytics. He is an active member of the Board of Studies (BoS) for Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), a Public University, India for Online Degree Programmes of UG, PG, and PG Diploma. Currently, Dr. Manjunath is serving as a Professor and Director of Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Management Sciences, School of Business Management at Shoolini University. During his corporate tenure, Dr. Manjunath navigated roles of significance, contributing notably to various renowned organizations. His professional journey included pivotal positions at esteemed entities such as JP Morgan Chase in the Philippines, where he played a pivotal role in the Unit Unlisted Trust (UUT) migration project. Subsequently, he contributed his expertise to Fidelity Business Services Pvt. Ltd., focusing on Analytics and Data Services (ADS). His career also encompassed impactful roles at Wipro-UBS as a Corporate Action Specialist and at Thomson Reuters, where he began as a Research Trainee. His commitment to academia is evident through tenures at esteemed educational institutions including Bapuji B-Schools, Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, International School of Management Excellence, as the Professor and Head at the GM Institute of Technology, Department of Studies in Management, and as a Professor of Finance and Business Analytics at Kirloskar Institute of Management. Returns Policy
We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
Returns requested beyond this time will not be authorised.
Our team will provide full instructions on how to return your order and once received our returns department will process your refund.
Please note the cost to return any unwanted order to us is borne by the buyer.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal
Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to PBShop.store US, Springfield Gardens, New York, U.S.A., +44 1285 712917, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
