Paperback. Transformation is as old as humanity and has too often been seen as the province of elite priesthoods and arcane methods holding out the promise of autonomy and fulfillment, but rarely achieving their promises. In reality, however, transformation is accessible and can be achieved by a shift in perspective from that which we formed as children to one that we invent for ourselves. When this shift in perspective is accompanied by disciplined practice, no secret methods are needed, and transformation, both for individuals and for organizations, becomes available and effective. This book provides clear background and evidence for this and offers an approach to transformation that is not dependent on any specific method or guru. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.
