About the Author: Gerald C. Kane is Professor of Information Systems at Boston College. Rich Nanda is a principal at Deloitte Consulting, LLP, where he leads the strategy practice. Anh Nguyen Phillips is Research Lead at Deloitte Consulting, LLP. Jonathan R. Copulsky is Senior Lecturer of Marketing at Northwestern University, where he is also Executive Director of Medill Spiegel Research Center.
