Item description from seller
Book Over the last decade, India s standing on the world stage has transformed as it expanded its regional and global profile as a responsible power. Indian foreign policy under Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been marked by diplomatic dynamism, intensified global engagements and increased presence at international multilateral forums. Adherence to strategic autonomy has strengthened and nurtured its relations with world powers and on global issues. Analysing the trajectory of Indian foreign policy through Prime Minister Modi s vision, the volume examines issues related to India s growing profile at global multilateral forums, economy and trade, soft power, diaspora, and the intersection between foreign policy and national security. Editor Professor Santishree Dhulipudi Pandit is the Vice-Chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. …
