About the Author
Samoil Malcheski holds a Ph.D. degree in applied economy and economic statistics from Institute of Economics at Ss. Cyril and Methodious University in Skopje. He is associate professor at International Slavic University in Macedonia. Prof. Malceski is the author and co-author of a dozen university textbooks on mathematics, applied mathematics in economics and statistics, as well as the author and co-author of over 50 professional books. He has published over 70 professional and over 30 scientific papers. Prof. Malcheski has extensive experience in supporting start-ups and would-be entrepreneurs, more than 15 years he is working with start-ups, training and mentoring. Lately, he is working on various EU funded projects as a trainer and consultant, and also he is UNDP consultant for supporting SMEs and business start-ups. Mr. Malcheski is consultant of the Agency for Promotion of Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Macedonia in the field of product development, business planning and strategic planning.
Tamara Rađenović , PhD, is an Assistant Professor at Faculty of Occupational Safety, University of Niš. She earned her MA in Finance and Investments with Merit from Nottingham University Business School, the UK in 2007, and PhD in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Niš, Serbia in 2018. From 2011 to 2018 she was a Teaching Assistant for Public Sector Economics at Faculty of Economics. He teaches Safety Economics at undergraduate studies, and Economics of Occupational Safety, Economics of Environmental Protection, Efficiency of Communal Systems at master studies. Her areas of interest include: safety economics, economics of sustainable development, intellectual capital management, performance management, macroeconomics, economic development, financial markets, public-private partnerships, competitiveness, and real options. She has published over 50 papers in the journals indexed in WoS and Scopus including Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, Journal of Balkan and Near Eastern Studies, Proceedings of Rijeka Faculty of Economics, Acta Oeconomica. She is a co-author of two monographs in the field of Strategic and Operational Intellectual Capital Management.
Dejan Vasović , PhD, is an associate professor of the University of Niš, Faculty of Occupational Safety in Niš, Republic of Serbia. He is member of the Department for Working and Living Environment Quality Management. He is the author or co-author of several book chapters, and over one hundred and fifty scientific papers published in scientific journals and proceedings of scientific conferences. He took part in the realization of three national and one international research projects. With no less importance is his experience within teacher’s mobility programs, such ERASMUS+ and CEEPUS. He was a member of organizational and program boards of more that dozen national and international scientific conferences. He peer reviewed a number of scientific and professional papers published in the proceedings of national and international conferences and scientific journals. His research interests include environmental protection in general, water protection and sustainable water resources management, environmental safety and security issues, emergency management, etc.
Snežana Živković is a Full Professor at Faculty of Occupational Safety, University of Niš. She received a PhD degree in Occupational Safety from Faculty of Occupational Safety, University of Niš. She has published over 250 papers in international monographs and leading scientific journals, including Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, Environmental Science and Pollution Research and International Journal of Injury Control and Safety Promotion. Professor Živković has been the author of 4 international monographs, 3 national monographs and 5 handbooks. Her research interests include occupational safety, organizational behavior, management and human resources, emergency management, protection of living and working environment. She is an executive editor of the scientific journal “Economics of Sustainable Development”. She has been the member of the organizing committee of numerous scientific conferences. In her rich scientific career, she worked as a reviewer for many scientific journals, including: Themes, Economics, International Journal of Injury Control and Safety Promotion, Safety Engineering, Economics of Sustainable Development, etc.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal
Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Chiron Media, Wallingford, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
