Inside front cover has previous owner's inscription or bookplate; minimal pencil markings within book. Transcriptions of all meetings and general addresses given June 19- 21, 1904. In addition to summarizing the activities of the Congress, this volume includes more than 30 papers on various theosophical topics, including the occult (works by Annie Besant and C. W. Leadbeater), art, science, philosophy, mysticism, and brotherhood. About half of the papers are in English; the rest are in various European languages. Generally good in a green cloth binding stamped in gilt.
