高墙之内是十多座楼宇亭台,楼宇间散布有花园,有凉亭,有草地,随处可见的老人们,或者闲聊,或者下棋,或者坐在长椅上,缅怀过往。

这里就是军老院,那些参军一辈子,为天罗帝国付出一切的军人,没有建立家族,没有后代,就都会在军老院中终老。

克州城四季如春,如此气候,适宜养老,又因为位于天罗帝国西北边境,西都行省十二城的老军人,都在此处养老。

别看这里只是一个小小的养老院,别看一位位老人都是老态龙钟,却不乏很多当年曾经叱咤风云、曾经让敌人闻风丧胆的先天强者。

但再坚强的血肉,也经不起岁月的侵蚀,如今的他们已经英雄迟暮,老迈不堪。

夕阳无限好,只是近黄昏。

面对未来或迟或早的死亡,身经百战的他们,现在看起来似乎已经与普通的老人家没有什么区别了,对日复一日波澜不惊的生活已经习惯而麻木。

而身上曾经的荣耀,肃杀的气息,在时间无情、无声无息却又永不停息的流淌中缓缓逝去。他们在此,或者享受最后的美好时光,或者沉浸在过去的记忆中。

在这一群白发苍苍的衰朽的老人当中,却有一个黑发少年!

少年大约只有十五六岁,身体有些偏瘦,眉清目秀,似乎没有什么特别之处,只是普普通通的邻家男孩,但是细细看来,他却总有一种难以言出的感觉。

他的眼神清澈而空灵,使你忍不住的想要注视他,注视他,不知不觉被他吸引。

少年正在煮茶,动作不缓不急,行云流水,已经到了煮茶最后阶段,将茶煎好,向盏中分汤花。

汤花说穿了就是茶煮出来的沫饽,也就是泡沫,不过这泡沫却是大有讲究,天罗帝国的茶道认为它们是茶中的精华,分茶的妙处在于分这些精华。

汤花或厚或薄,或重或浅,或浮或散,被少年巧妙地倒入盏中,浮浮沉沉、聚聚散散,给人以美感享受。投铛涌作沫,著碗聚生花,描述地就是分茶后,这种汤花荡漾作态的奇妙景致。

少年一共分出四盏香茶,然后看着对面的老者,说道:

"古爷爷,请喝茶,你看这次如何?"

对面的老者轻蔑的摇摇头,说道:

"不行,不行,宁小子,你还是差了三分功夫,这茶你煎的太急......"

已经深悟茶道三分精华的少年,被老者批评的一无是处,但是少年一点也不生气,不温不火,君子如玉。他知道这是老者的习惯,在他眼中没有一样事情合意,就是鸡蛋也可以挑出骨头。

老者名曰古天南,外号破晓神剑,先天强者,原为神武要塞的军备长。

据说古天南虽然出身豪门,但是他不近人情,说话刻薄,毫不留情,一生一个朋友都没有。

老了之后,变得十分的孤僻,稍有不对,张嘴就骂,伸手就打,其他的老军人也不愿意和他来往,没有人愿意搭理他。军老院中的护工和医师,都被他得罪光了,没有护工愿意照顾他。

方宁在此曾经也被骂过打过,但是他就是一笑而已,所以他就成了古天南的护工,那怕古天南再乖张孤僻,再刻薄的嘲讽他,方宁只是轻轻笑笑,毫不在意......

Right of cancellation

If you are a consumer you can cancel the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days for any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the the last good or the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Rarewaves, Unit 144 The Lightbox, 111 Power Road, W4 5PY, London, London, United Kingdom, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel with contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or Rarewaves, Unit 144 The Lightbox, 111 Power Road, W4 5PY, London, London, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

the delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started.
