The boy she loved is now the billionaire who could change everything.
Laura Burton has spent years keeping her world together — saving lives as a paramedic, raising her son, and guarding the secret gift that once set her apart. But when Carter Price — her first love and the boy who broke every promise — comes crashing back into her life, nothing feels safe anymore.
He’s richer. Hotter. More dangerous to her heart than ever. And when he offers her a deal she can’t refuse, saying yes might be the biggest risk she’s ever taken.
Because Carter isn’t just looking for help with his recovery… he wants a second chance. And Laura is about to learn that sometimes, the real miracle isn’t healing others — it’s finding the courage to let yourself be loved again.
A steamy, second-chance romance full of slow-burn tension, forbidden longing, and the kind of first love you never forget.
