Late 19th C children's book with 8 slotted pictures that transform when a bottom tab id pulled (See Last 3 Photos) This is an old and fragile children's book the survival of which is miraculous. However there are flaws. The pages are loose and a few have detached from the binding. Two of the tabs have broken ends. Pictures can still be transformed but rips in the two pages have occurred from reaching in to pull the shortened tabs.) The only writing in the book is an 1894 Christmas inscription on the front end page. All eight of the beautiful transformative pictures are in excellent condition with no rips, stains or foxing and they can all still be transformed.
