Although in the past colored wire has been considered less sophisticated, Totally Twisted shows you how to use colored wire for a high-end look. In addition to her signature lampwork beads, Kerry uses Czech and other glass beads to show how glass and wire can be combined to great effect.
Accompanying the designs for earrings, bracelets, and necklaces, Totally Twisted includes wirework tips and tricks to make wirework easier and more successful. Learn how to make your own clasps and wire components along with techniques from coiling to wire wrapping all shown in clear step-by-step photography. A master of color in jewelry, Kerry also shares her design tips for exploring color in jewelry design, plus gives project variation ideas to show how changing the colors in the same design can completely transform a piece.
