Highly detailed topographic map of the area immediately around Fort Leavenworth, designed for use in military training war games five years before United States entry into World War I. Reduced from an even larger war games map. Backed with linen and folded. Somewhat worn, with chipping along some folds. Printed in red and black. There are also a very large number of apparently manuscript annotations showing land owners and highlighting some topographical features.
