Whether you lead a bustling life as a busy professional, a time-constrained parent, a student juggling academic demands, or find yourself at any life stage yearning to reconnect with your toes, this comprehensive guide is there for you.
Regardless of whether you're a newcomer to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you're here because you desire more than fleeting progress; you crave lasting change that seamlessly incorporates yoga into your daily life, making it an intrinsic part of who you are.
What does this mean? Toothbrush Yoga revolutionises the way you include yoga in your every day, liberating you from the need to attend yoga classes or purchase expensive Lycra. Instead of a studio, I invite you to your kitchen, living room, and bathroom, at a time that works for you. Bid farewell to the idea that yoga is an isolated activity confined by the limitations of fixed schedules or specific locations and allow Toothbrush Yoga to dissolve the illusion that exercise and work, relaxation and productivity are separate entities.
I ask you to embark on a personal journey alongside me. I’ll start from my days as an injured football player, progressing through recovery, and experiencing setbacks. I’ll talk about attempting to establish a running habit and my transformation into a yoga instructor, immersing myself in cutting-edge neuroscience and psychology research, leading to me ultimately conceiving the Toothbrush Yoga framework. Toothbrush Yoga has enabled me to successfully integrate yoga into the simplest and most mundane moments of everyday life, like brushing my teeth!
This book guides you through a typical day, examining the habitual routines we all perform, and helps you to recognise them as opportunities to introduce yoga. These moments translate into poses which are as brief as 30 to 120 seconds — the time it takes to boil. Within this book, you will:
- Understand how habits are formed and how you can unlock the power to reshape your routines in a way that works over the long term.
- Deconstruct your daily rituals - mornings, work/study, and evenings, allowing you to integrate yoga into your existing schedule.
- Teach you the simple ten-step Toothbrush Yoga framework, providing a structured approach to incorporating yoga into your daily life.
- Master the art of goal setting, progress tracking, and journaling, enhancing your likelihood of achieving success in your yoga journey.
- Give you a comprehensive photo guide featuring 47 standing, sitting, kneeling, and lying poses, complete with step-by-step instructions, pose variations, and essential cautions and modifications.
- As a bonus, you will have access to 40 sub-1-minute videos, providing demos to ensure the correct execution of each pose as well as 18 pre-formatted templates designed for journaling, goal setting, and habit/goal tracking, simplifying your path to holistic well-being.
Let yoga flow seamlessly into your life, effortlessly blending with your daily habits, without ever needing to change into yoga clothes, rummage for a mat, or commute to a class again.
"I love Toothbrush Yoga! I never thought it would be so easy to make yoga part of my life. I love the flexibility I am seeing in my body. Who knew that simple tasks like brushing my teeth or watching the TV could be when I did my yoga! I'm just off to boil the kettle and a quick downward dog.”

Store description
In 2002, World of Books Group was founded on an ethos to do good, protect the planet and support charities by enabling more goods to be reused. Since then, we've grown into to a global company pioneering the circular economy. Today, we drive the circular economy through three re-commerce brands: - Wob: Through Wob, we sell. We provide affordable, preloved books and media to customers all over the world. A book leaves our collection of over seven million titles and begins a new chapter every two seconds, enabling more goods to be reused. - Ziffit: Through Ziffit, we buy. We give people around the world the opportunity to contribute to the circular economy, earn money and protect the planet, by trading their unwanted books and media. - Shopiago: Through Shopiago, we help others. By sharing the technology that has grown World of Books Group into the business it is today, we’re helping charities increase revenue and reduce waste through re-commerce.…
