This VG+ quality book was published in 1921 by Grosset & Dunlap. It is 7-5/8" tall and has 214 numbered pages followed by 6 unnumbered pages of ads; it is the tan/red/black quad cover. It has a lean to it, is extremely clean, completely free of corner bumps and edge dings; the head and heel of the spine are very lightly bumped, with no fabric damage. The bottom edges and lower front corners have very little wear. Except for the lean, the exterior looks very good. Except for an inked name on the front paste down, the interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains of any sort and page damage of any type. Both hinges are strong and not damaged. The frontis is intact. The paper is very slightly toned and quite flexible. The book lists 24 Swift titles on the copyright page and 27 titles on the list at the rear of the book. The VG- quality jacket is clean and the colors on the front panel are quite vivid. It has small chips at both front corners and tiny chips at the head and heel of the spine with a 1" closed tear from the top of the rear gutter into the rear panel and a similar tear from the bottom of the front gutter into the front panel (how is that for symmetry?); there is also a crease down the spine pretty much at the front gutter ridge. There is no tape on this jacket. The front flap lists to title #27 in this series. Seller Inventory # BMR-2020-6-12-2
