Centred around 7 underwater characters with a gental envirnomental message suitable for young children. Toby Turtle and the Underwater Crew is told with humour and imagination from the outlook of the underwater characters to assist young children (and adults) to understand and see environmental concerns differently and to be aware of how their actions can impact on the underwater world.
