This journal kit provides everything needed to craft a nature-inspired scrapbook. Cut the activity header label and glue it on a piece of paper. Fill in the date, weather and location in the predefined fields. Add photos with the work-in-progress, write a few lines and observations or even the result of the activity if you can. Bind all the activity pages together into a nature journal scrapbook.
Packed with activities, templates, labels and cut-outs, children of all ages will love getting creative and hands-on while building their very own nature journal. Complementing the Tiny Explorers: Into the Wild nature-inspired craft book, this companion workbook is best used as an extension of the book but can also be enjoyed on its own.
- 33 GREAT OUTDOOR PROJECTS - Each of the 33 activities in the main book (where they are explained in detail) feature a cut-out header label with a short description in this companion book to enhance the book experience.
- 31 EXTRA ACTIVITIES - Not variants of the above, these 31 extra nature activities are quick crafts that involve nature bits to fill in 31 new nature journal pages.
- BADGES - Cut-and-craft badges to keep the engagement levels of our little explorers at high levels.
- TEMPLATES - These can be copied and reused to fill in many pages of the journal.
- Daily outside log - make 12 copies to keep track of days spent outside during every month while using these pages to organise the journal.
- My outside adventure template - a page template that can be copied and used to document every fun adventure in nature.
- Herbarium templates - pages for pressed plants with predefined fields for Name, Scientific name, Location where the plant was found. Add a story on the page and preserve a nice memory alongside your gorgeous pressed plant.
At the very end, cut the cover out to give your nature journal scrapbook a Tiny Explorer vibe.
