Paperback. Some love stories begin with desire. This one begins with silence. Finley and Skye meet by chance, by ease, by a shared understanding that needs no explanation. What begins as friendship slowly deepens into something unnamed, carried quietly across years. They do not rush. They do not confess. They wait-without realizing what waiting costs. As time reshapes them through ambition, marriage, loss, and distance, their bond grows heavier, more precise, and impossible to ignore. When love is finally named, it arrives not as longing, but as recognition. And then time intervenes. If Time Had Waited is a tender, reflective novel about emotional intimacy, restraint, and the kind of love that survives even when presence does not-altering forever how we remember ourselves. This book does not ask whether love should have happened differently. It asks what happens after love has happened- even briefly, even late, even once.Because some loves are not meant to be lived loudly. They are meant to be carried. If you have ever loved quietly, waited too long, or found yourself changed by someone who did not stay-this story is for you. This item is printed on demand.
