Above ground, life in the village is quiet, ordinary, and predictable—until the night nearly every child disappears. Only four remain: Lira, Corin, Sera, and Kael. Their brother is among the missing, and the adults, terrified and confused, begin whispering about old stories they once dismissed as nonsense. Myths they laughed off. Legends they buried. Tales of a world beneath the earth, ruled by beings who were never meant to be real.
When the four children set out to find their brother, they expect danger. They expect fear. They do not expect to stumble into a hidden entrance that drags them into an underground world no one above ground knew existed. A world built in layers. A world controlled by Elders. A world where time folds, memories shift, and the past bleeds into the present.
The underground world is vast and unsettling. Some levels echo with strange music. Some contain abandoned rooms filled with objects that shouldn’t exist. Some floors shift when no one is looking. And deep within the labyrinth, the children discover a diary written by an unnamed human—someone who lived in this world long before they arrived. Someone who witnessed the rise of the Elders. Someone who understood the power struggles that shaped the underground society. Someone who tried to escape.
As they read the diary, the truth becomes impossible to ignore. The Elders have been taking children for generations. The underground world is not a refuge—it is a system built on control, silence, and fear. The missing children are somewhere within its levels, trapped in a place where timelines collide and reality bends. And the four siblings must navigate shifting floors, humanoid creations, and the Elders’ watchful eyes if they hope to find their brother alive.
But the deeper they go, the more dangerous the world becomes. Lira begins to sense fractures in time. Corin uncovers clues that rewrite everything they believed about their village. Sera’s courage is tested as the labyrinth twists around them. And Kael must confront the possibility that their brother’s disappearance was not random, but part of a plan set in motion long before any of them were born.
Time & Space is a psychological, dystopian, metaphysical novel about two worlds that were never meant to meet. It blends mystery, multiple timelines, emotional depth, and myth‑turned‑reality into a spiralling narrative about identity, truth, and the fight to escape a world built to keep them trapped. Above and below collide, and the children must decide whether to follow the path laid out for them—or break the continuum entirely.
