- Are you a kid belonging to an age group of 12 years or more?
- Do you find it hard to manage time and daily routines effectively?
- Do you want to learn about the art of time management?
If yes is your answer to these queries, you are at the right place as this book can help you transform your daily routines teaching you the art of time management. Everyone struggles with time management, but kids struggle with it the most. At their age, it is expected that kids will be autonomous and have the skills necessary to complete tasks on their own. However, children are occupied than ever.
Kids frequently discover that their schedule isn't really their own because of their schoolwork, extracurricular activities, families, friends, and other obligations. Maybe it's a little unreasonable for parents to assume their kids to have a natural ability to organize their time, especially given that they frequently lack the resources to do so.
This book is an effort to train all such kids who are finding it hard to manage their daily routines as far as effective time management is concerned. This user-friendly guide is filled with best practice suggestions for assisting kids in managing their use of technology, staying on top of their work, avoiding procrastinating traps, and getting out each morning with the least amount of tension.
The main highlight of the book is that it is an activity-based book so that kids may show a higher level of interest. On reading the book in detail, kids will be able to learn about:
- Importance of Time Management
- Making a Weekly Planner
- Getting Rid of Procrastination
- Art of Setting Goals
- Following a Bed-Time Routine
