From the same team that created "A Home for All Seasons", this book of decorating ideas celebrates time, the times of day, and the precious time we spend at home. It opens with the pale light of dawn and takes the reader through dozens of carefully selected rooms and outdoor spaces throughout the day, showing how they are transformed by the effects of light, colour and mood. Conceived by Meg and Steven Roberts, principals of the Echo Design Group, the book offers inspiration for introducing colour, texture, pattern and form in every room in the home, from bedrooms to living rooms to home offices and playrooms. The slice-of-life approach to home design captured in the colour photographs places an emphasis on how and when we use the various rooms of our houses, combining style and function with personal expression.
