Does your child struggle with winding down for the night and falling asleep? New York Times bestselling author and child and adolescent psychiatrist Dr. Daniel Amen weaves a calming bedtime story designed to help children settle down and fall asleep. Take the anxiety out of your nighttime routine with the techniques found in Time for Bed, Sleepyhead.

In Time for Bed, Sleepyhead, Little Bear and his friends have a big day at the beach, then return home to eat dinner, take their baths, and head to bed, gently falling asleep alongside your little one. But this simple and sweet tale is much more than a bedtime story. It’s a psychological visualization game designed to tire out your child’s imagination and facilitate sleep. With a charming story that will delight children as well as wind them down to fall asleep peacefully, Time for Bed, Sleepyhead takes the struggle out of bedtime.

• Uses proven psychological visualization techniques to facilitate sleep.
• Teaches children how to calm their minds before bedtime.
