Item description from seller

Quarto. Softcover. Illustrated wraps with french flaps. 121 p. : ill. ; 30 cm. This artist's video work is a persistent exploration of the existential dualities between life and death and the boundaries separating the material and spiritual worlds, aspects that have long obsessed him. His work is polysemic; each image offers us a play on meanings, in which the flow of dreams and memory is one of his hallmarks. Furthermore, his play with language is transformed into allegories that function as reflective devices that help us decode the mechanisms of the human mind. His language provides the viewer with emotions born from the experience of contemplation, hence the important role played by light, sound, and the space where his installations are located. Parallel text in Spanish and English. VG. Light wear around edges of cover. Small tear on the fore edge of front end paper.
