Albert Adri� (L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, 1969) es uno de los creadores m�s influyentes de la gastronom�a contempor�nea. Su restaurante Enigma vive un momento excepcional: obtuvo la segunda estrella Michelin en 2025 y figura en el puesto 34 de The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Adem�s, en 2024 recibi� el prestigioso Chefs’ Choice Award, otorgado por cocineros de todo el mundo. Formado en elBulli, donde trabaj� entre 1985 y 2008 y dirigi� el m�tico Bullitaller, Albert Adri� fue esencial en la revoluci�n creativa del restaurante. En 2006 abri� Inopia Classic Bar, pionero del concepto gastrobar en Espa�a. Entre 2011 y 2017 desarroll� los siete restaurantes del proyecto elBarri, que redefinieron la escena gastron�mica de Barcelona. Tras colaborar con Cirque du Soleil en el proyecto Heart (Ibiza), abri� en Londres 50 Days by Albert Adri�, que evolucion� en Cakes <(>&<)>amp; Bubbles, actualmente en expansi�n con una nueva apertura prevista en Dub�i.
